Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cyklar account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, including the original packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
